Awesome bag, great organization for everyday use. The waxed canvas is a great and durable material, the only con if i needed to find one, is that the waterproof zipper is a little notchy, meaning it seems to get stuck in a couple of places, but i expect that will break in over time and that I wish it had an external side pocket for quick access or a bottle.Great bag, just the right size for wearing daily at work. I’m in and out of industrial accounts everyday and keep tools and PPE in this bag. Super comfortable to wear all day and forget it’s on.Love it! I only wish it had hydration hole.I own numerous Mystery Ranch products and countless other name brand packs. This pack is one of my favorites. It will fit under all plane seats yet is just big enough to carry all you need for the day.The tri-zip feature is unique and offers numerous ways of accessibility. This streamlined pack has no external drink pockets, but I like the streamlined design.It will hold all standard sized laptops well and has just enough organization without having the Russian doll like features (pockets within pockets etc) that many packs have.It's a great grey man pack that holds most folding braced pistols or SBRs and their magazines.You will not regret picking up this pack!Recently purchased this backpack looking for a new EDC bag, and while this is definitely a quality bag that will work for many people, it did not work for me.First, the good;-The materials and water resistance are top notch, can definitely survive what you throw at it-colors are excellent-the tri-zip design works a lot better than you think it would. very easy to access everything in the bag-the suspended laptop pocket, side interior pockets, and top quick pocket are all great and easy to useBut the bad are what made me return this;-no exterior water bottle pocket(though, not that big of an issue)-bag is definitely heavy on its own vs others of this size-no dedicated hydration port-mesh doesn't breathe as well as I hoped, so if you get extra sweaty, maybe not for you-most importantly, and while I could forgive all of the other shortcomings before this, the harness system breaks this bag, at least for me. the bag seems super comfortable when I first tried it, after testing it for a week, it isn't for me. when loaded down, no matter the amount, I couldn't get the bag to be comfortable. I am a broad shouldered gentleman, and I had consistent shoulder pain after carrying the bag for half an hour every time no matter what I had loaded. I messed with the load lifters and all other straps and couldn't get it to work for me at all.I may try the 24 to see if it works better, as the bag seems a little taller and wider, but as of now I can't give a full recommendation for the 21. if it did work for you, this would be an excellent compact choice for a daily carry.Use this for school and travel and it does everything you want it to Carry’s my laptop,books and a sweater with some extra roomI'm a smaller woman and this sits nicely between my shoulders and holds what I need in day in the field. Only complaint is "flame red" is actually blaze orange and that still works for me, never have too much of that color, not what I expected.It’s a nice quality bag but it’s so basic that I don’t think it’s ideal for everyday use. Maybe good for a part time student.Bought as a day pack for a mum with a baby and 4 year old. I returned it as it was a bit smaller than wanted. I also decided that it was a little heavy as it was completely waterproof. We needed something to withstand normal British weather so waterproof was probably overkill.Beautifully made.El material es bueno, sin embargo cuando tiene mucho peso se desbalancea en la espalda por lo que después de un rato lastima los hombros, le faltan bolsas laterales en mi caso es un problema ya que para uso de paraguas y para poner mi termo cuesta trabajo ponerlo dentro, es buena la mochila pero iría por la de 24 ltsOttimo Zaino, materiali al top, giusto le cerniere sono un poco piu dure, rispetto a quanto mi aspettassi ma con l'utilizzo si stanno ammorbidendo. Meno spazioso di quanto credessi, quindi fate attenzione ai LT che vi serve portare con voi. Ouverture super pratique et vraiment solide, je revend mon patagonia blackhole 25 car trop grand pour tous les jours et galère pour aller chercher au fond du sac ce qui n'est plus un soucis avec ce sac et son zip centrale qui descend. J'avais peur qu'il soit trop petit mais je rentre vraiment plus que nécessaire
