This was a great gift for a teenage girl that recently got a kitten. Now they can everywhere together.It’s wobbly and awkward but not the worstI ordered this for my daughter and her kitty Luci. Luci was so traumatized with having to go to the vet in a carrier that she got physically ill from the experience. We thought she might like a back pack so she could see everything around her. My daughter just received it and put it on the floor and opened it up to see if she was interested and Luci jumped right in! She loves it! I researched many different back packs and this one is made well with strong material and good price. We all are very happy with it.My cat likes the backpack very much. I sat it on the floor and walked away. My cat climbed right in and made himself at home. I left it on the floor for several days before using it. I wanted it to be covered in my cat's smell. Then when we went for a walk he was very happy. We used it when we traveled a two times. It is nice that I can have my hands free to carry my bags without worrying about my cat. Little kids and even adults passing by get a kick out of it.I only gave it three stars because it is not comfortable at all. First it is very heavy. And it is rigid. My back is aching within minutes. I am fairly strong and athletic but I find it too uncomfortable. After using it for two trips I decided I can not use it anymore. Now it is taking up space in my closet.Luv itWe have a new kitten. We wanted him to get out and meet people so he’d be more social as he grew up. The backpack is very comfortable and roomie. I really like the fact that it opens up to give him more playroom. With the fully clear shell he can relax and see the world around him. This has been fun taking him for walks and riding in the car. We get stopped by so many people telling us they never knew such a product was available. The pack is comfortable on my shoulders and is easy to put on. I set the pack up on the floor when we first got it and let him explore it before putting him in to go out. He hears “ walk time “ and runs into it. Let them check it out before just shoving them into it. The backpack is well constructed and I anticipate many years of use.The clear window was bent when it came, but it does it’s purpose , seems to be cheaply made tho.My cat is just 6 months old, and I used this backpack for trips to the vet when he weighted between 900 grams to just over 3 kilos, so not very much. One of the shoulder straps broke today, and so did the plastic ring around the transparent dome. Needless to say, I had to throw it away and I nearly had my cat escape during today's trip to the vet. I had to repair the plastic ring with hot glue but it is not nearly sturdy enough for me to feel safe that the cat won't escape, and the backpack cannot be carried anymore because the shoulder strap is broken.Definitely not worth the money.I'm not really convinced that this won't fall apart after a couple of uses. The pad that your cat did on isn't even the the same shape as the base of the bag...This was a gift for my cat mad teenager. The bag is strong and well made and perfect for taking your cat out for a walk or trip to the vets. My daughter uses it wo take her cat to work at the cattery and Ronald loves the viewing bubble. This bag extends for extra room for your cat when you take it off.Would recommend ?Our Baby’s love it a lot..Theres a bunch of loose threads and scratches on the plastic, ill see how well it holds up. Definitely feels like it was bought for cheap and resold for 10 times its price on amazon. Damn capitalism smh
