While generally pleased with the Bagsmart Camera Backpack, more tips, information, or even videos on available on their website would have been greatly appreciated in terms of setting up the compartments for different cameras. While it may have been a BDU error (brain dead user, me) it took be about 2 hours using the included "shelves," section creators, etc. with Velcro to finally make it work with my Canon 80D camera and gear. It was essentially hit and miss with multiple do overs. The barcode included only goes to their website with no additional information, resources, etc. and just product information. I have included a photo of how I setup my Canon 80D. It is well protected with space for additional "stuff."I will also probably cutoff some of the longer leather straps (see photo). These are decorative since magnetic clasps are used, serve no purpose other than appearance, and just get in the way.That said, I am generally pleased with the product. It will hold everything I need for an upcoming international trip including camera, laptop, books to read on the flight, etc. Where we are going requires that backpacks be a certain size and weight (when loaded) and the Bagsmart meets the requirements.If Bagsmart staff read this and have more information available on configuring the camera section, I would love to see it and do consider providing buyers with more relevant details for specific cameras.
