I saw photos of this brand and bag on social media and thought it was a beautiful backpack. However, after receiving it, the quality feels cheaper than expected. I was wearing a black shirt and noticed that the leather straps kept shedding on my shirt. I just received this bag and the leather on the straps is already fraying. The bag is also smaller than expected. The open pocket near the top handle looks awkward, it's supposed to be additional storage but the opening without a snap or zipper makes it look like the bag is torn. I'm disappointed with how much I paid for this bag. I plan to return it.
