I owned and wore out the same purse once before (it lasted several years with sole use) and I liked it so much I was glad it was still available. But on the new one, the snap broke on first use. Since I didn't try it for 2.5 months after I received it in late September the return window was closed. I couldn't figure out how to communicate with the seller to ask for a replacement so I'm trying this. I don't really know how many stars till I hear from the company???????
